Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number based on the shipping service you select at checkout.

I offer:

• First Class – arrives within 5–10 business days (US only)

• Priority Mail – arrives within 2–4 business days (usually 2–3)

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

I accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, resale condition. Once I receive and process your return, you'll receive a refund.

All our jewelry is made from gold-filled material.

14k gold-filled contains a 5% solid gold layer that is mechanically bonded to a base metal, making it 100 times thicker than gold plating. Gold-filled jewelry is waterproof, hypoallergenic (it won't irritate sensitive skin), and durable. If you take good care of it, it can last 20 to 30 years or even longer.

Our metals are crafted to last and can handle everyday elements like sweat and salt water. After exposure, gently rinse or clean your pieces with mild soapy water and a very soft cloth.

Dry completely and polish with a jewelry cloth—I include one with every order so you can keep your pieces shining.

To preserve their beauty, store your jewelry in a dry, airtight space. Avoid humid areas like the bathroom, as moisture is your jewelry’s biggest enemy.
