How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are made by me, from start to finish. Because every piece is crafted to order with care, shipping usually takes between 5–7 business days. I truly appreciate your patience while I create something just for you.

What shipping options do you offer? 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number based on the shipping service you select at checkout.

I offer:

• First Class – arrives within 5–10 business days (US only)

• Priority Mail – arrives within 2–4 business days (usually 2–3)

Please note that occasional USPS delays may affect delivery times.

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

What is your return policy? 

I accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, resale condition. Once I receive and process your return, you'll receive a refund.
